This is a quick and healthy sauce to dollop onto wraps or mediterranean dishes. I never thought I’d use my Magic Bullet as much as I do, but it makes things like this so easy. After I’ve empty the sauce into another container, I rinse out the Magic Bullet, add a bit of dish soap and hot water, and blend again until it’s clean. Like, well, magic.

Creamy Lemon Garlic Sauce
from the kitchen of Sarah Zero
- 1 c. plain greek yogurt
- 1 T. olive oil
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- ½ t. cumin
- 2 cloves garlic
Blend ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
